Building on the framework of Takuma Okada's Alone on a Journey games, Two Ghost Tours of Ambition, SC is a game for two players about how places and stories change over time. And also about ghosts.

One player takes the role of the Recently Departed, who just months ago was guiding tourists on ghost tours of the city, and has now become a ghost themself. The other is the Long Deceased, who's been a ghost nearly as long as the town has existed. They're curious to see what kind of stories this new ghost has been telling, and of course they're ready to offer corrections or forgotten details wherever it might be appropriate.

To play, you will need a deck of 52 playing cards.
